FAQ's

The Equilibrium Battery needs to be stored out of direct sunlight. The easiest way to do this would be to keep it in the Massage Pad or Mitt pocket, as long as the product is stored in a cool, dry environment. We recommend that you disconnect the battery for storage.

It is best never to run a Li-Ion battery completely flat, so if it is left flat and for long periods of time, it is likely shorten its shelf life. Any battery left for a long period without use/charge will discharge slowly (very slowly in our battery’s case), so even if stored full and left, it might be drained by the time you go to use it again, so make sure you charge it again before use.

A fully charged battery can deliver at least 10 sessions of heat and massage in normal weather conditions. In cold temperatures, this could reduce to 8 sessions. You will still be able to run massage sessions, however we’d recommend recharging your battery after 8-10 sessions to get the full heat benefit.

Generally, we expect the Heatsense to last 10 x 30 minute high massage and heat sessions in normal temperatures, or 8 x 30 minute high massage and heat sessions in colder temperatures. Heat uses more battery power than massage, so if you don't always use the heat setting, you will need to charge your battery less in between uses. When the battery no longer has enough power to run heat, you should still be able to use the massage options for a while longer.
