This haynet is excellent. It is great for my greedy Welsh pony and prevents us from having now to double nets. I would definitely buy again but would buy the next size as the up. We bought the small net for 4kg and even though it has been tested to hold the 4kg we could not get it to hold anymore than 3.5 kg In it.

This is my 3rd mask. They last forever. My horse is always happy to have it on even 24hours when the flies are bad. I also have a ride on mask and have used it for the first time this year with no problems. I love how the padding keeps the mask off her eyes. Brilliant products.
My three legged 14 year old Jack Russell has arthritis in the front legs, especially the leg on the diagonal from the missing leg. She loves the Hotdot, totally relaxing into the heat and the massage. Her head only pops up when the cycle is finished, you can see her eyes saying "don't stop".

My dog has absolutely loved the Massage Mitt Hotdot, I was using it on his quarters and he kept moving so it was on the right hand side of his neck only which I thought was a bit strange. A week later when he saw the physio they discovered he was very sore in his right shoulder up to his neck!
Used this on my Greyhound for a two day dog show in hot weather. Worked really well keeping him cool and comfortable between classes.
The pad itself great, but the postage took a long time even though I was given a date it kept changing then it arrived and the bag was filthy they sent me a new bag, then decided to clean the pad before use and it was also filthy does make me wonder if it has been serviced but it works just glad it comes with a year warranty.

I was replacing a very old battery that no longer worked. New battery arrived very quickly. I was a bit apprehensive as it looked different, but is worked as expected.
My horse has regular bodywork done, and I really appreciate the benefits of massage work. But inbetween his bodyworker's visits, he has to put up with me - and I'm not so competent.

It's really well made, just as I expected from Equilibrium. And it comes in handy storage pack to keep it clean and available.
Why didn’t I buy these nets sooner!! Definitely slows down feeding time. Excellent for my Shetland who has EMS & spends most of his time off grass. Provides longer periods of slow feeding, the net material dries out so no fermented hay odour. Well worth the money & will definitely buy more!!
Great service and communication. Would have liked a slightly quicker turnaround on returning the pad , as this item is an integral part of our daily routine, but would highly recommend regardless.
Good value , old style mat stopped working due to broken connection. 4 weeks later returned working. Happy horse.
My two old boys absolutely LOVE these. A great way to add extra taste and value to their night time mashes. Even better that, when soaked, the veg rehydrates a bit and makes it even easier for old teeth to manage.
