Hours: Full time (9-5, 5 days per week)

Salary - £26,000 – £28,000. Plus 10% performance bonus.

Equilibrium Products are on the lookout for a Marketing Assistant to join the team. Based near to Leighton Buzzard, Equilibrium Products champion the wellbeing of horses by developing innovative quality products that truly
make a difference.

Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for tasks to support the team with responsibilities such as (but not limited to):

• Social Media – assisting with the day-to-day
  messages and comments on multiple channels, creating content and contributing
  towards content plans
• E-Shots – creating graphics and designing
  emails to a brief within Klaviyo
• Content Creation – blogs, videos, point of sale, event collateral, product artwork & packaging, graphics and more
• Event Organisation – assist in the organisation of shows and attend events when needed (including build up & breakdown)
• Analytics – monitor website/email/social
  analytics and help make recommendations for improvement
• Admin – website orders, amazon listings, show accommodation, uploading content and more

Skills we are looking for:

• A bright, enthusiastic team player with strong
  interpersonal skills
• Excellent computer skills, with programmes such
  as Microsoft Office & Adobe Suite
• Knowledge of horses and the equestrian community
• Organisational skills with the ability to
  prioritise a workload and take initiative
• Car owner and driver
• Willingness to travel for the purpose of attending events and content shoots
