With economy delivery, next day delivery and free shipping on orders over £50 to the UK Mainland, there's a variety of shipping options to suit your needs.
We aim to deliver your order to you as soon as we can, as we know how much your horse will appreciate your Equilibrium purchase! See below for more information.
We currently do not send orders outside the UK. We’re looking at how we can get parcels to you, however in the meantime, please take a look at our stockists’ page to find a retailer in your country or contact us for advice at info@equilibriumproducts.com.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email, which will be sent to the email address specified on your order. You will also receive an email directly from the courier with your tracking number, please note we use a variety of couriers for example; Yodel, DPD, Evri, Royal Mail and they will all say your parcel is from Diamond Logistics Ltd which is our warehouse partner.
Standard deliveries are not sent on a signed for service.
However, we send all next day working day orders on a signed for service, so they will need to be signed for unless you have stated for your items to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, once you have the notification from our courier you can specify a safe place. If your parcel cannot be delivered within 2 attempts, your order may be returned to the courier depot. Re-delivery charges may apply
Delivery charges are calculated based on the location of delivery, weight, and value of the order. Standard charges are:
For parcels up to 20kg: UK Delivery
If you need to make a change after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try our best to amend this but most orders placed before 2pm on working days are packed and ready to ship shortly after the order is placed, so it may not always be possible to change your order.
Orders are only processed Monday - Friday. Any orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next working day. Please note we are closed on UK Holidays, so no orders will be dispatched on these days.
Our delivery times are estimated from when your order leaves our warehouse. While we regularly monitor these to ensure we are meeting your expectations, delivery timeframes cannot be 100% guaranteed due to busy seasonal times, unexpected weather or problems with local depots. We also cannot accept any responsibility if you choose to ask the couriers to leave your item in safe place.
