Marketing Assistant
Location: Office based just outside Wingrave, Leighton
Buzzard, Bedfordshire, HP224LW
Hours: Full time (9-5, 5 days per week)
Salary - £26,000 – £28,000. Plus 10% performance bonus.
Equilibrium Products are on the lookout for a Marketing Assistant to join the team. Based near to Leighton Buzzard, Equilibrium Products champion the wellbeing of horses by developing innovative quality products that truly
make a difference.
Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for tasks to support the team with responsibilities such as (but not limited to):
- Social Media – assisting with the day-to-day
messages and comments on multiple channels, creating content and contributing
towards content plans - E-Shots – creating graphics and designing
emails to a brief within Klaviyo - Content Creation – blogs, videos, point of sale, event collateral, product artwork & packaging, graphics and more
- Event Organisation – assist in the organisation of shows and attend events when needed (including build up & breakdown)
- Analytics – monitor website/email/social
analytics and help make recommendations for improvement - Admin – website orders, amazon listings, show accommodation, uploading content and more

Skills we are looking for:
- A bright, enthusiastic team player with strong
interpersonal skills - Excellent computer skills, with programmes such

- Willingness to travel for the purpose of attending events and content shoots

Show/Event Staff
Equilibrium are on the lookout for Show Staff to help drive the continued success of their presence on the UK Show circuit.
Equilibrium Products, based on the Beds/Bucks border, champions the wellbeing of horses by developing innovative quality products that truly make a difference.
Your main responsibilities include driving brand awareness and sales at various equestrian events, consumer shows and retailer events.
We are looking for:
- A bright, enthusiastic ‘people person’ with strong interpersonal skills.
- A confident communicator.
- A grafter, not afraid to get stuck in.
- Energetic - show work involves long days, and you will need to be on your A game for the duration of the show.
- Fit and healthy - you will be on your feet for long periods of time and the job does involve lifting and carrying.
- Flexible to work weekends/evenings and stay away from home (as necessary).
Can you:
- Be the face of the Equilibrium brand? We need you to become a Brand Ambassador, offering great customer service, advice, and care.
- Be adaptable - things don’t always go to plan, we need someone who is quick thinking and can problem solve.

About you:
- We are ideally looking for people with previous show support / promotion staff experience.
- Full UK Driving licence with own transport and relevant business insurance.
- Previous experience working within the equestrian industry.
- A horse owner or someone with knowledge of horses and the equestrian community.
