The pad itself great, but the postage took a long time even though I was given a date it kept changing then it arrived and the bag was filthy they sent me a new bag, then decided to clean the pad before use and it was also filthy does make me wonder if it has been serviced but it works just glad it comes with a year warranty.
Thank you for leaving your feedback for the re-conditioned Massage Pad and also your understanding while we looked into the delivery issue and replaced the bag for you.
I have put steps in place to ensure every re-conditioned Massage Pad is rechecked before it is put up for sale so that this cannot happen again
Brilliant piece of kit and a very good price. Well worth buying a recon if you get the chance. Easy to use, quiet and Jack is so relaxed. Highly recommend!
Perfect like new
Hi the pad arrived in perfect condition as if new. I already have the hand mit so am well aware of Equilibrium’s quality products but the pad, wow!, my horse absolutely loved it. She was so relaxed, and enjoys every session.
